Our in house suspension guru has been factory trained to work on your forks and rear shocks from all major brands. New seals, fresh fluid, or a custom damper tune, we can do it all.

Starting in December of 2019 we will be offering free shipping returns on any suspension service mailed to us. SERVICES

We recommend you service both your front and rear shock simultaneously. Do this every 50 hours of ride time to keep your parts under warranty from major brands. It is not a plot to take your money we swear!

50 HOUR FORK SERVICE:

LOWER SERVICE

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

  • Remove fork lowers

  • Clean all internal and external surfaces

  • Inspect bushing surfaces

  • Inspect stanchions

  • Install new wiper seals, foam rings

  • Install new oil

  • Install new crush washers

  • Torque everything

50 HOUR ADD ON:

AIR SPRING SERVICE

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

  • Lower service (listed above) plus…

  • Removal of air shaft and top cap

  • Cleaning and inspection of stanchion tubes

  • Remove and replace seals on air shaft

  • Install air shaft with new grease/oil

50 HOUR REAR SHOCK PACKAGE:

Recommended Service Interval:
Every 50 hours of ride time, or as necessary.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • Check and record air pressure, rebound settings, compression settings

  • Cycle and inspect functionality of shock and adjustment knobs

  • Thoroughly clean and inspect shock for wear and damage

  • Remove air can from shock

  • Clean and inspect all surfaces for damage and wear

  • Remove and replace all applicable seals and bumpers

  • Fill with new fluid or grease according to factory specifications and reassemble

  • Reset to customer's air pressure, rebound, and compression settings

  • Submerge shock in water to ensure there are no leaks

  • Cycle and inspect functionality of shock and adjustments


100 HOUR FORK PACKAGE:

Only applicable to closed damper systems. Includes 50 hour service procedure plus a damper bleed.

Factory Tip: Do this every 75-100 hours of ride time, or as you deem necessary.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

  • Lower Service (listed above)

  • Remove damper from CSU

  • Clean and inspect all surfaces of damper body

  • Inspect functionality of damper adjustments

  • Drain existing fluid

  • Fill with factory recommended fluid and bleed

  • Inspect functionality of damper adjustments

  • Install damper back into CSU


200+ HOUR FORK PACKAGE

This is a complete overhaul. The service includes lower service, air spring service, and a damper overhaul.

Factory Tip: Every 200 hours of ride time to keep you running smooth.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

  • Lower Service (listed at top)

  • Air Spring Service (listed above)

  • Damper Overhaul :

    • Remove damper from CSU

    • Clean and inspect all surfaces of damper body

    • Inspect functionality of damper adjustments

    • Drain existing fluid

    • Completely disassemble damper

    • Install all new seals

    • Reassemble damper and torque applicable components to factory specifications

    • Fill with factory recommended fluid and bleed

    • Inspect functionality of damper adjustments

    • Install damper back into CSU

200+ HOUR SHOCK PACKAGE

Every 200 hours of ride time, or as necessary.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

  • Air can service (if applicable) plus the following…

  • Completely disassemble damper

  • Clean and inspect all surfaces for damage and wear

  • Install all new seals

  • Reassemble shock and torque applicable components to factory specifications

  • Fill with factory recommended fluid and bleed

  • Cycle and inspect functionality of shock and adjustments


DROPPER POSTS

Recommended Service Interval:
Every 200 hours of ride time, or as necessary.

Service Procedure:

  • Inspect functionality of dropper post

  • Clean and inspect post for damage or wear

  • Completely disassemble post

  • Clean and inspect internal components for damage or wear

  • Install new seals, glide rings, keys, wipers, and other components as applicable to brand

  • Fill with grease and/or oil according to factory specifications

  • Reassemble post, torquing applicable components to factory specifications

  • Cycle and inspect functionality of post and adjustments
