We are factory trained to work on your forks and rear shocks from all major brands. New seals, fresh fluid, or a custom damper tune, we can do it all. We aim to please, hit us up today for questions addressing your suspension set up or service. Advice and estimates are always free, don’t hesitate to stop by and say hello. Turn around time in a week or less for all in house work. We're also happy to work closely with your suspension manufacturer for custom tuning and damper services.
All bicycles purchased at our shop include a complimentary sag set up and adjustment follow up. Didn't buy your bike here? No problem just stop by, sag set up is always free. We also offer custom tuning services including token installation and shim stacks.

BASIC SUSPENSION SERVICES
We recommend you service both your front and rear shock simultaneously. Do this every 50-100 hours of ride time to keep your parts under warranty from major brands. Don't forget about your dropper post too!

FORK SERVICEE

Remove fork lowers
Clean all internal and external surfaces
Inspect bushing surfaces
Inspect stanchions
Install wiper seals, foam rings
Install new oil
Install new crush washers
Torque everything
SHOCK SERVICE

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Check and record air pressure, rebound settings, compression settings
Cycle and inspect functionality of shock and adjustment knobs
Thoroughly clean and inspect shock for wear and damage
Remove air can from shock
Clean and inspect all surfaces for damage and wear
Remove and replace all applicable seals and bumpers
Fill with new fluid or grease according to factory specifications and reassemble
Reset to customer's air pressure, rebound, and compression settings
Submerge shock in water to ensure there are no leaks
Cycle and inspect functionality of shock and adjustments
DROPPER SERVICE
100 HOURS OF RIDE TIME

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Inspect functionality of dropper post
Clean and inspect post for damage or wear
Completely disassemble post
Clean and inspect internal components for damage or wear
Install new seals, glide rings, keys, wipers, and other components as applicable to brand
Fill with grease and/or oil according to factory specifications
Reassemble post, torquing applicable components to factory specifications
Cycle and inspect functionality of post and adjustments

DAMPER BLEED
100-200 HOURS OF RIDE TIME

Plus Seals
Only applicable to closed damper systems. Includes 50 hour service procedure plus a damper bleed.
Factory Tip: Do this every 100 hours of ride time, or as you deem necessary.

Clean and inspect all surfaces of damper body
Inspect functionality of damper adjustments
Drain existing fluid
Fill with factory recommended fluid and bleed

This is a complete overhaul. The service includes lower service, air spring service, and a damper overhaul.
Factory Tip: Every 200 hours of ride time to keep you running smooth.
